4 out of 5 starsFor this for my brother birthday. Good communication and customer service! Went out of their way to accommodate. The tie bar is really beautiful. Worth the price! The packaging could use an upgrade. I ended up getting a tie clip box on Amazon for a few dollars and for the presentation, it made a big difference. Overall — Product great! Packaging could use an upgrade.

Thank you for the review and I am so glad you like the tie bar! As far as packaging.. we have always gone out of our way to provide nice high quality packaging. Our packaging includes a black gift box with personalized logo, an about the artist/caring for your piece custom signed card, a small silver polishing cloth and a quality black velvet bag along with a small clear zip lock bag and anti tarnish tab. A CUSTOM presentation box, while a great idea, would require many different styles of jewelry boxes to accommodate our tie bars, rings, cufflinks, necklaces, etc... All of our listings have a photo of the packaging we provide and while 99% of our customers are very pleased with our packaging, if something different was preferred all they would need to do is ask and we would be happy to source one for them!

Everything at Paxton Jewelry is truly handmade in our studio, from start to finish. -
Because of my art background, I prefer to initially sculpt my master designs out of clay. -
I pour a wax from a mold made of the clay original and then carve and refine the wax into a finished master design. -
Once a piece has been cast and cleaned up it goes to the jewelry bench to be created into a finished product. -
